I am just getting used to using Wheelhouse and it is night and day superior to the mass of spreadsheets, downloads and delays that used to drive our pricing at my last company. Extremely intuitive and the software seems to improve every week.

Wheel house has been wonderful for automated pricing. I can tell since I've been using the program that my rates have improved. I would highly recommend them!

Wheelhouse is extremely beneficial for me as a property manager. They have helped secure bookings at unbelievable rates. Allowing wheelhouse to control pricing in future months, helps me concentrate on the month at hand. This is beyond helpful, even with just 2 properties to manage. Wheelhouse will only become more and more useful as I continue to grow as a property manager.

I decided to switch my dynamic pricing software to wheelhouse when I realized that I was spending too much time trying to nail a base price. It took less than an hour to set up, but it could be minutes if you just use all of the defaults. The main point I want to get across here is that, since switching I have received an inquiry every day. My occupancy was increased over night. I would highly recommend wheelhouse to anyone using dynamic pricing, especially if you want something extremely straight forward.
