Wheelhouse is amazing and well worth the price! It let's me customize so much more about my AirBnB pricing and availability strategy and ends up earning me way more money than I spend on the monthly fee. Highly recommended!

Great product. Manages my 10 units and prices them accordingly. Many options to adjust rates and customize. Love the flat fee pricing!!!!!! I was with another well known pricing platform for the past few years that I found not to be so dynamic when compared to Wheelhouse.

Given what has happened to the travel industry the past 1+ year, we had to give our customers the flexibility of two different pricing plans. Thanks for the review, Pete!

Using wheelhouse has been one of the best decisions we made when setting up our Airbnb. We came into the short term rental business without any experience and very little idea of how to properly price our rental. If we had not started using wheelhouse we would have left so much money on the table. It has made a huge difference in our bottom line and is extremely affordable to utilize. It's a no brainer. We are very very glad we found this resource.

Wheelhouse has been fantastic for helping me with pricing, and maximizing my STR profits. They follow the market to increase prices, on a daily basis. My favorite part is the dynamic minimum stay feature, where I can set my minimum for longer stays, then adjust to fill in as it gets closer to the date.
Response from Wheelhouse SoftwareAug 23, 2021
Thank you for sharing, Wren - we love the minimum stays feature too! We're actually building onto it some more, so stay tuned!

Using wheelhouse helped me nearly double my income in year one after I punted my property manager. It’s awesome, easy to use, and I appreciate all of the new extras they keep adding like market intelligence and comps. Managing my 3 Airbnb investments is a side hustle. I have a day job. And using wheelhouse means I barely ever think about pricing except when I see the awesome Airbnb deposits in my bank account. Oh yeah, and customer support rocks. Fast answers by real humans. Thanks, wheelhouse!
