Wheelhouse SoftwareReviews of usewheelhouse.com

Wheelhouse has great insights that really help to maximize my Airbnb listings. Excellent easy to understand analysis and a highly accessible staff for any questions that arise. Simply one of the best ways to automate pricing in an ever changing market.

Wheelhouse more than doubled our revenue. The sofware is reliable and customer service is great. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

I have been using usewheelhouse for 1.5years. I had benefited from very stable rental rates after using this service. The monthly cost pays for itself, and I do not have to worry about being priced too low. I enjoy using the software and the folks behind this program are very good people who answers my questions and concerns. I feel they really care about their subsribers.

Great, over-the-top customer service help and follow-up. I also enjoy the ease of the product which they are constantly improving by adding new options!

Wheelhouse has been great since I started using it almost one year ago. We started our first vacation rental and immediately signed up to Wheelhouse. I was intimidated at first with all the settings but they quickly became easy and the online support is what really made it great. I had so many questions and I get quick responses with any new scenario that comes up. We now have our second vacation rental and I never worry about pricing. I have all my settings pre-set and I can open up my calendar more than a year in advance and not worry that I'm priced too low during our busy season. Love Wheelhouse

These guys know what they're doing; excellent support, SOTA algorithm. Highly recommend!

Wheelhouse is incredibly helpful, easy, and cost effective to use as a means to optimize earning potential of Airbnb rentals. I recommend them to everyone in short term rental business.
