Wheelhouse has been absolutely amazing! I've been getting close to double the prices I would have gotten on my own and they've helped me stay about 99% booked at the same time. Wonderful!

That's an incredible story. Almost double the rates while being fully booked is amazing!

I’ve been using Wheelhouse for about three years and it keeps getting better. My property is almost always booked! The algorithm seems to be optimizing my profits, and I don’t spend any time thinking about my rates.

We're happy to hear that your property is doing so well! Thanks for the kind words!

Wheelhouse easily increased my Airbnb revenues by at least 5% as compared to Airbnb's own dynamic pricing, a fact alone that justifies using it! But add into it the ability to set dynamic minimum stays and to easily control everything from one dashboard, and it's a no-brainer! The mobile site (at least on Android) could use some more improvements, but this is minor is seems to be improving consistently.

Thanks for your feedback, Josh! You're absolutely right- our mobile site definitely needs an overhaul. We'll keep you posted on that!

I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.

Thanks for being with us all these years, Sean! We're making strides to improve our mobile site. Keep an eye for that and more functionality!

I learned about wheelhouse shortly after setting up our first sort term rental unit on Airbnb. It is a fantastic product, user-friendly, and removes the hassle of managing the listing's price. I highly recommend wheelhouse to anyone who owns a short-term rental.

Free money. Wheelhouse increased our revenue by simply switching on the service. I can't help but tinker towards maximum optimization but it could literally be as easy as connecting your listing and walking away. Not automating your pricing is now such an archaic concept and Wheelhouse is the best way to go.
Response from Wheelhouse SoftwareAug 25, 2021
We feel the same way, Gabriel! Automating is just the beginning. We're working on more offerings to provide data and transparency so you'll need be left in the dark.

Great user interface, fast support and overall wonderful product. It takes the pricing task off our plate so we can concentrate on other aspects of the business.

Thank you, Martin! When we first created Wheelhouse, this was our exact intention. We wanted to help relieve some the time consuming aspect of pricing to help you focus on what you love to do and running a great business, so to hear that this has actually reflected is music to our ears!
