The testing process went well however my test results were initially not approved because the status said that my recording was never received. I had to send an email to Userlytics to inquire about it and then was told they made a mistake and it was received. It wasn't a big deal, as it was resolved... but this being my first test, it made me question the legitimacy of Userlytics and whether or not we really get paid for these tests or if there's always a "problem". Just being honest about my initial experience. I did receive my money, so all is fine.

Excellent platform to test website/app prototypes. As a contributor, the process was seamless and I was able to answer the questions given to me while walking through the website, speaking thoughts aloud and elaborating on each point. I also liked how there was a prompt to keep track of time while completing the session. i.e. *3 minutes left, please finish your final thoughts.* Also the "Thank you for your feedback" It goes to show that Userlytics truly care about their contributors and ensure their experience is a smooth one! Keep up the good work!! :)

It was a good experience. The person who handled the session was patient and guided me on areas that were not that clear for me

Well the portal connected me to a guy (most probably client ) and he asked my opinion about a prototype ....he was well behaved and professional ... He asked me about my opinion and also tried to engage in a constructive way... overall it was a nice experience except that I got an email at the ninth hour informing change of environment ,, it just confused me a bit........

Being a new tester this was an amazed experience of me.

O teste levou quase 1 hora para concluir, portanto dentro do prazo pré-estipulado, a pessoa que conduziu o teste é muito simpática, e explica bem cada pergunta ao mesmo tempo que permite que o teste flua com naturalidade

Was a great experience as was very structured and easy to follow. Moderator was helpful when needed and very friendly, making the experience pleasant. Was interesting and felt good to contribute.
