No payment received for a 25min study I did and finished successfully. Apparently it didn't even upload according to Userlytics support, which is not my concern nor fault.

I have screened out about 99% of the time with the message that I wasn’t what they were looking for. On the one occasion I did qualify and completed the test, I received a message saying there wasn’t enough information in my answers or that I should have taken more time. The test allowed 30 minutes, and I completed it in approximately 28–29 minutes. Around 80–90% of the test consisted of multiple-choice questions and sorting tasks. I completed the entire test and submitted all of my answers, yet I wasn’t paid. It feels like Userlytics received my feedback without compensating me for the time I spent completing the study. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious about spending time on Userlytics tests.

I am highly disappointed with Userlytics. For starters, I rarely even receive test invitations on this platform. But when an invite actually does come through, it is nearly impossible to qualify. Every single time I open a screener and answer the questions, I am immediately met with the exact same automated message: "Thanks, but we're looking for something different." It feels like a massive waste of time to repeatedly fill out these screening questions just to get rejected seconds later. By comparison, platforms like UserTesting are far superior. UserTesting provides a much better volume of invites and a significantly fairer screening process. Userlytics really needs to fix its profile matching system so users aren't constantly jumping through hoops for nothing.

I am a tester with several platforms but have deregistered with Userlytics as it is so unreliable. I regularly take tests which last 30 mins or more, but then fail to upload to userlytics and therefore I do not receive payment and waste a lot of time I could be giving to other platforms instead. They appear to blame Iphone IOS each time, but this isn't the issue - their app is painfully slow and for some reason extremely resource heavy - causing 9/10 uploads to fail. I have therefore moved to work only with the other platforms I am registered with who's apps and website uploads are slick and pain free - and payment guaranteed

Una basura de plataforma, trabajos absurdos por 3€ , pero cuando te mandan alguno de 10€ o más, los terminas y simplemente, la escusa, no calificaste para la prueba, cuando la terminaste al 100 x 💯, auténtico timo.

Like everyone says you certainly don't get many opportunities to do tests for clients on this platform. But the problem is that when you do take tests they find a way to reject the work you've done and to not pay you. To me that is unacceptable.

They will find every reason to decline your submission. Their system is bad and they blame the users and wont pay you for your jobs.
