As far as reviewing and testing site goes, with this site you don't get too many opportunities. However, when you finally do get one, you will be frustrated with their recorder! It's like they're 5 years backwards. Assume you have 10mins on a test that is desktop based(cos that's where you deal with their recorder), you end up spending most of that time battling with the recorder. It pops up, it goes full screen, it retracts to a somewhat mid size, and again changes to a medium size. And in most cases when you answer to a scale response and you think it'd quickly take you onto the next question, bleh! It keeps you there staring and waiting for the next 60 seconds. It's a terrible recorder! I wonder if their employees can actually use that damned recorder themselves!

They look for ways to avoid paying you. They let you complete a 60-minute test and then find some reason to say that you missed a step or didn't complete something as required. So - you get nothing. It's not my fault their instructions are not always clear/complete. It's all part of the testing process. I bet they still collect from their customer for my participation.

Hello everyone I have no experience for now

I've been using Userlytics as a client for almost two years now, and I believe it is a tool that still has a lot of room for improvement. In regular, non-specialized recruitment, I encounter profiles that are not truthful and do not meet the exact criteria we are looking for. The type of audience they have is very basic and not very useful when seeking profiles that are more specialized in various industries. Specialized recruitment yields better results. Overall, my experience has been better, but in the last recruitment effort, there was a noticeable lack of profiles. Despite notifying them 2 to 3 weeks in advance, they couldn't complete the sample size on the established timeline, and I also encountered fraudulent profiles. This feedback relates to the limitations of the tool itself and not to the work of the specialized recruitment team. I believe there is a lack of profile offerings in this service. I've experienced numerous recurring technical problems with the tool. It only improved when I started using the Zoom extension. The people, both in operations and in general, are very friendly, but it is clear they are overwhelmed by the limitations in recruitment and the technical issues of the tool. Honestly, I can only recommend this tool for user testing where there isn't a high level of specification needed for the type of participants. Otherwise, I would not recommend it at all.

The pay is pretty low compared to similar sites, at only 10 dollars for 30 minutes. Clients are allowed to cancel lives up to four hours before they start with zero compensation for the user who has rearranged their schedule. Work is sporadic at best and the tests are prone to erroring. This is definitely the bottom of the barrel.

Good platforms with rare test for the uk but most are fun and easy to complete. Recently had a test for €5, which I exited after spending 15 minutes as it would have taken near 40 minutes to complete

Leider bisher trotz 100% ausfülltem Profil keine anfragen bekommen. Ich hoffe sehr das es bei userlytics nicht um Datenfang geht. Ich hoffe weiter auf die ersten anfragen.
