Used Engines IncReviews of usedengines.us

any positive reviews with this company must be written by their employees, as this company lies about the mileage, as well as testing and they dont honor their warranty

Bought an engine, it was bad now I’m getting the run around from this place and nothing seems to be happening on their end despite a contract they had drawn up

Elena Wilson was Great with the communication and my engine was delivered on time

I received a quote for an engine very quickly. Everyone I spoke to was very polite , professional and knowledgeable. I received updates throughout the order process and communication was excellent. The product was packaged well and shipped very promptly. I would purchase from and recommend Used Engines Inc in the future.

Sarah was very helpful at getting my warranty honored and fixed in a timely manner.

Super easy process! Elena was a great help the entire time.

I ordered a used engine from these people. I was skeptical at first for spending 8 grands for a used engine. Sales person Sarah assisted me in selecting the right one as per my preferences. She has rich experience in this industry and she cleared all doubts. I was in peace when I received the engine pressure washed and ready on a wooden pallet, well strapped. They were cautious in removing the engine from the vehicle because all the parts of the engine were in good shape. A relationship manager was assigned to me as soon as I made the payment and she took care of all shipping updates. She made sure I received my engine as expected and that I am satisfied with it. I don’t understand the reason for anyone giving a negative review for this business. I recommend them anyday. Thank you Sarah and Used Engines Inc!!!
