I have been able to find items most don’t have. Your people are knowledgeable and professional. What they say is what they do. They keep you posted on shipping, which makes it so much easier. Thank you for helping my family! Sherry L Bartley

Erica was very helpful nice and no attitude at all. Erica answered every question and she was very patience. I would do business with Erica if I would ever need another engine or transmission.

Always they call back ,and good communication

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company in its people I appreciate the updates and the speediness of the delivery of the engine. Great. Ship mangers was great

I was in search of a transmission for my Honda HRV. After getting the run around from 2 other companies I got a call from Brian of Used Engines Inc. Brian assured me he had a transmission for my Honda. His price was very reasonable and compatible with other places selling transmissions. I ordered the transmission and was very pleased with the whole process. They assigned me a relationship manager, Elena who keep me informed of everything. She reached out to me to let me know every step of the way what was going on with my order, when it was being prepped for shipping, when it shipped, when it was delivered. Elena was so helpful , I was truly impressed with her professionalism. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I got from Used Engines Inc. They were very helpful and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again should I ever need anything for my car. I highly recommend them.

I ordered an engine from Used Engine Inc. for my 2016 Honda. The communication was excellent. Elena Wilson was my Shipping Relationship Manager and kept me informed about the engine shipping status. Elena stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. My mechanic was very impressed with the way the engine look and how well it was packaged. I was very pleased with Used Engine Inc.! I would definitely use them again for my car part needs!
