Was very helpful in getting my transmission financed called and kept me up to date daily

Daniel was very helpful and closed my order very quickly, he found parts that would work well for me and gave me many options, overall very helpful, quick, and appreciated :)

I ordered a engine from Used Engine Inc. for my husbands 2014 Ford Fusion. With ordering such a huge item online I was very skeptical. Ron, the representative that I spoke with was very understanding of my concerns. He was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. He informed me that the company would be with me every step of the way. Once my order was confirmed, I was contacted immediately by the Shipping Relationship Manager, Elena Wilson. Elena explained to me the necessary testing and packing formalities that would take place with the engine. And the tracking info was provided immediately. Elena stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. The engine was received 9 days (excluding weekends) after the order date. My mechanic was very impressed with the way the engine look and how well it was packaged. I was very pleased with Used Engine Inc.! I would definitely use them again for my car part needs!

Daniel was very patient and informative answered all my questions

Item was delivered within proposed timeframe, after careful inspection by certified mechanic Item purchased was as described. Communication was acceptable, I personally would continue to do business with Used Engines.

Elena was great help getting my engine relieved fast

The lady I spoke with found me a transmission replacement that was in great shape rather quickly and had it shipped to me really quickly. I will definitely send my friends and family to them if they need it.

This business is SCAM. Do not buy an engine from them. I placed an order through them, received a faulty engine, and they would not give me a full refund of my money. I had to file a report through my bank and they reimbursed me the total amount. I received inconsistent and misleading information from people throughout the entire process and had to reach out constantly to get updates on my order. Do not waste your time or money here.
