Scam company do not buy from. Purchased products they said they had in stock should be delivered within week over a month later still have not shipped out overcharged credit card. Please avoid.

Scam don’t do it.

They may be amazing, but were not for me. I placed an order yesterday early morning for a vanity top, got an email fairly quick confirming the order, ok good so far. Then mid afternoon another email, with a story about damaged items in their warehouse but not to worry they found someone else but it will cost additional shipping, but not to worry they will cover 50% my portion will ONLY be $100 over the price I paid few hours earlier. GTFOH!

I ordered a $1,540 medicine cabinet on 2/11 (today is 3/28) from US Bath because they had the best price (by $100) w/ free shipping. They emailed me a confirmation immediately stating that they pride themselves on customer service. Then on 2/16 they sent an email stating that the medicine cabinet I ordered (which was incorrectly identified in that email) is out of stock but they’d be sending me a different size?!? No…the size important. I emailed back immediately to say 1) the item you’re stating is out of stock is not what I ordered and 2) I need the size I originally ordered, so if it’s not available, please refund me my $1540. No immediate response despite 3 emails I’d sent on 2/16, 2/17, and 2/19. On 2/22 they finally emailed back, and stated they wouldn’t have it back in stock until early March. I agreed to wait. No follow up on their end occurred until I sent ANOTHER email on 3/7 inquiring about an update…since we were a week into March. They responded 3/8 stating they didn’t have it yet. On 3/13 they said it’s been shipped to their warehouse and that from there, a shipping company would be delivering it to me but to wait 1-2 business days to track the shipment with the shipping company (I was given a tracking number). On 3/15 I emailed US Bath that the tracking number didn’t work. They responded that they’d email me with an update as soon as they had an update from their warehouse. No update. On 3/26 I reached out again 2x to let them know the tracking number still wasn’t working. Still no response from US Bath. As of today (3/28) the tracking number is STILL not working AND the shipping company (Arc Shipping) has no record of anything going to my address as of my phone call with Arc Shipping today. Not to mention still no email response from US Bath. I called US Bath today letting them know if I don’t hear back by tomorrow on where it is, I’ll be letting my cc company know that this is a SCAM. As I’ve been waiting 45 DAYS for my order without so much as a working tracking number. My advice? DO NOT order from US BATH. It may be a lower price, but saving $100 is **NOT WORTH IT** because **NOTHING IS COMING** and NO ONE CARES!!!

DO NOT BUY anything from this company ever!! They are hard core scammers! Bought an office chair from them on Walmart.com was never delivered FEDEX couldn't help me because they said the address I provided wasn't the one they had for the order they are one of these companys that will create a fake tracking number and send something to a random house to "prove" delivery asked for refund they told me they would month later still waiting and 16 other people on Walmart said they had the exact same issue! BUYER BEWARE

We are missing piece for vanity which was recently delivered. And the follow up to get the piece expedited shipping has been non existent!

So worst communication I’ve ever received after purchasing an idea for a remodel. I would never use you again.

If I could give no stars I would. Bought Kuerig through Walmart via US Bathroom Store and the very next day, showed delivered. Contacted by email and was told to wait an appropriate time for it to be delivered since sometimes that is the case. Waited. Emailed again and they responded with "we will process your refund" and to wait 8-10 days which I took as 8-10 Business days. After allotted time emailed AGAIN. Response was, "Because of purchase and return history, we cannot process refund". Looked back on my purchase and return history online and NOTHING. So some one not only pocketed my money but a real nice Kuerig.
