Sent a broken mirror and would not give a refund. Very unreasonable. Poor customer service go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible communication. Days and days between email responses and no responses from online chat. Shipping date was weeks after what was stated on the website for the item. Extremely hard to get a real person on the phone and even harder to get an answer to our questions. Do not recommend.

This site is a scam. Orders never arrive, customer support keeps telling you to 'wait 2 days' and they never give an update.

Ordered a vanity May 13, June 2nd got a notice that it was on it's way. Today is July 21st and shipment with Estes is lost or still sitting in Baltimore Terminal. I would suggest if shipping to Maryland, not to use Estes

They never filled the whole order, missing one item, and they charged me for it. Going on 4 weeks, still missing part of the order. Said they would send the an email update weeks ago!!!!! Very disappointed. 😖

Awful experience!

I placed an order on Saturday for a toilet for $462. Then on next Wednesday another email, with a story about damaged items in their warehouse but not to worry they found someone else but it will cost additional shipping for $600, but not to worry they will cover 50% my portion will ONLY be $300 over the price. First sign of scammers. I canceled my order and then looked into the reviews and found exactly the same stories as mine. Scammers! Don’t waste your time for them. Don’t give them your money!

Vanity arrived after a long wait and delays and when it arrived it was broken. We refused delivery but the driver didn’t want to take it back until we called the store. Sent photos to customer support the same day. Still waiting for the refund.
