Ordered an electric sauna heater for a job. Got an email 9 days later saying the unit was not just out of stock, but discontinued. Contacted customer support who said they would have their sales team find an alternative unit in stock and email me the options that day. Never heard back, and the discontinued product page is still up taking orders. Atrocious business.

Complete scam of a store. Site offers free shipping on orders over $300. Weeks after placing my order, they sent me an email saying the item was damaged and requesting an additional $80+ for shipping from another supplier (see 'Stay Away!' review below, seems to be a standard practice), saying that this was only half of their shipping cost for such a large item (which was simply a 20 pound, 3 foot square by 2 inch thick teak bath mat) and that I should be grateful that they were going to cover half the cost.

Did not ship within the ten days as promised. I called to cancel order and miraculously the order was in route. I called the freight company and the item had not been picked up from vendor. I called again to cancel and get a refund, showing that I tried to cancel before item shipped. US Bathstore refused to cancel and refund, told me to refuse order when it arrived and a refund would be issued once they received the item back. I ordered the item on 12/24 and have been going back and forth trying to get a refund. I am getting ready to go to the credit card company and file a fraud case.

Customer Service is a whole bunch of liars. So many promises were broken. Very simple issue but they keep lying

Horrible customer service. Website said my order would be here 12/14 so I placed the order because I needed 3 vanities really quickly. No follow up. Never shipped even after repeated requests for updates. Multiple emails from their team saying we are ready to ship, confirm that you still want the order. Never ships. This is going to keep us from getting our CO. Run as fast as you can!!!!! Do not order from this company. They take your money, don't ship the order, and make a lot of empty promises.

Stay Away!! Bought a Bath Vanity on Black Friday. My order was confirmed and was supposed to ship in 3-5 buisness days, but after over 1 week I was told that they couldn't ship item due to damage and a third party could ship for and additional cost of $270, which they would cover 50%. What company sells a product and then charges additional money to ship? Take your buisness elsewhere
