US Bath StoreReviews of usbathstore.com

Complete scam. Isn't a real company, has no actual address. Once you place an order you learn it's out of stock several days later and then trying to get a refund is impossible. Luckily it's a credit card so a dispute will help. Who knows who they have sold your address to however. This place isn't real. Look up their supposed address and you'll find the Wyoming corporate office for the state...not this company . It's a shell

USBathStore.com is a scam. They show stock on product that they dont' have, don't ship anything for months, and will not cancel and refund. Total waste.

Paid for product in December of 2024 and never received the product until i finally after several attempts of representatives telling us it was going to be shipped finally received it. We had gone ahead after almost 7 weeks of yes its shipped and US Bath couldn’t even provide us with a tracking number we ordered from Ferguson Enterprises and received within 8 days and paid less for the product! Will never order from you again. Then we returned the product back to US Bath and it was returned to us. Terrible service

Do not use this company. They have a terrible return policy that is buried.

I purchased a medical grade chromotherapy light and it didn't ship for a couple months then when it did ship it was non-useable the glass for the light did not fit in the frame. I sent pictures and showed it did not fit. I called and no response for another month. I got an email 3 plus months later I responded and gave them my phone number and it is February 2025 still no response? I recommend reading the reviews. They never responded

Its a bait and switch site. After placing order nothing for 3 days then we asked about the status and got reply that need to pay extra $1350 to ship even so they offer free shipping. See email below: Hi, Good Day! How are you doing? The goal of our company is to provide the best products for our customers and upon running a quality check on the items in your order. Our warehouse team informed us that fulfillment of its shipment will not be possible because of some damages. We have reached out to our third-party warehouse and, the good news they have the item in stock. However, there is an additional shipping cost due to the size, distance, and weight. The shipping cost is $1350. As our valued customer, we are happy to cover 50% of the amount. So you only need to pay an additional $675 to ship the item. Please let us know if you wish to proceed. Thank you again for doing business with us! We will wait for your response. Have a great day! Terrible experience start to finish (refund still has not been processed). Ordered three light fixtures and bulbs. Was told the order would be processed within 10 days. Was not processed for nearly three months. Arrived incomplete after I had been told time after time it was in stock and would be delivered complete. I was then told they could no longer deliver on part of the order and now I’m a few weeks into waiting for a refund that I was promised would take 3-5 days. Filing with the BBB to try to ensure this doesn’t happen to the next person.

Delays, promised updates every time I contacted customer service. Received 1 out of the 7 or 8 promised updates. waited 2 months for an order that was supposed to take 10 days. Order which I had been told was fully verified as in stock arrived missing 5 items. A week after being promised they'd be sent right out, I was just told they were not in stock. 1/10 experience. All around horrendous.
