Never once got any confirmation of my order except when I took a screenshot when I paid online. Description was different from title, when asked to clarifty, customer support never followed up, I reached out and they said title was correct but when asked to send spec sheet to confirm, never did. Not once did I get any shipping updates, reached out at the two week mark, did get a respose, which was to wait. After three weeks and until now, I have messaged, called and left voicemails, emailed, over 10 messages sent from me and not one respose. At this point I assumed I got scammed, and the product was never coming. Fast foward to yesterday. I get a random call from, what I assume was the shipment company, saying they could only deliver between 8am-11am and required a signature. When I asked the description of the item, they were not sure, but did say the word "bath". At this point, having taken so long with out getting any response at all from US bath, I wanted nothing to do with them or their product (that was most likley the wrong item/not correct desctription), so I told the shipping company to send it back. I have yet to get any response from US bath, and have not recieved any refund at all.

I selected and purchased a vanity on their online store. I received an email immediately stating it would be shipped within ten days. Seven days after receiving no shipping information, I contacted customer service and was told the vanity will not be available for 60-90 days. Their customer service and ability to communicate updates is terrible. This severely hurt my ongoing bathroom renovation.

I cancelled my order because the customer service was awful. I left 6 messages in a three day period via phone text and email. This was back in December. I never received a message back.

Very unhappy with my purchase. Nobody in the company is willing to help me with the unit is not working properly.

They sent me the wrong product twice. Since the 2nd mistaken delivery, two months have passed. The company rarely communicates and when they do, it is just more excuses and blame put on their supplier.

The return process is horrible! I could not get in contact with anyone for a week! Then they tell me I need to send pictures (which I did) and they have not responded. This is a little insane.

Do not buy from this seller!!! After placing my order 2 months ago I was told the item is delayed and will be available on 10/15. Then they tell me it's still delayed and won't be available until mid November! My project has already been delayed 2 months because of this! Their website still shows the item to be available for purchase which is so misleading! I think they are just being untruthful because I placed the order when the item was on sale and now it has doubled in price so they want to sell it to other customers at full price. This has been a total waste of my time, the customer service is ridiculous, no one ever answers the phone or get back to you promptly. Don't waste your time or money!
