Good product and quick turn around. The only drawback was they omitted one number from the shipping address. After a call from FedEx, we got the USB drives and lanyards. Nice looking and should be a great advertising tool.

This website was good. There was a mix up with which flash drive I wanted to order, but it was easy to clear up. The shipment was also delayed, but I don't know if that was the fault of the company or of the post office. The man who sold the flash drives to me was very nice, and was willing to lower the prices for me. I also had trouble without the phone lines, but they called me.

We had a wonderful experience with USB-flashdrive.com. Very quick quote and proof to review and incredibly fast shipping and turn around once we authorized the purchase. I will call them again, when we need more items.

My experience with usb-flashdrive.com was excellent from the beginning. My representative, James, was extremely attentive to my requests and helping me to get the best deal. I received my order in just a few days. I am very pleased with the final product. Thanks for making this such a great experience.

The Usb-flashdrive.com team completely understands great customer service. Even though I worked mostly with one (extremely effective and competent) team member, the team, as a whole assisted in the easy, convenient process of creating branded USBs which will be used for wine industry marketing. The communication was quick, friendly and easy to understand. The process of creating samples, proofing, revising, approving and shipping was extremely simple even though it was mostly conducted via email. I wish this company dabbled in EVERYTHING! I'd use them for all of my marketing ordering.
