My sales rep was very professional and helpful during my search for the "right" flash drives for our company. I was very pleased with the customer service from each department that contacted me after I placed my order. I received the flash drives in record time as well! They look great! You have made a life time customer with us.

I was very pleased from the first phone call I made to them to opening the box with the product I ordered. The staff was very easy to work with and the logo I sent was done better than I had hoped for. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Our company uses USB-Flashdrive for promotional products, and our experience has been very good over the past year - to the point where we do not use our previous supplier anymore. Quality products, timely response, and competitive pricing keep us coming back. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was our most recent order, which was delayed about 1 week - and I never got a good explanation. Hopefully that's a one time event.

Hi Brian Many thanks for the review and sorry again for the delay, we very much value your custom and I will make sure that your next order is delivered promptly and hopefully we can win back that missing star. Kind regards James

We have ordered from USB many times and we are very happy with their product. Their turn around time is excellent.
