Had a good experience ordering flash drives for a company trade show and my rep was very responsive and patient with all the questions I had. I wish the pricing were more transparent on the website, as well as the production timeline for various perks (e.g., getting data pre-loaded is included in the cost but my timeline was too short to take advantage of that). However, the logo printing was good and the flash drives arrived a day or two ahead of schedule. Very happy with the end result.

We are VERY happy with our product and very good customer service overall. We had problems with the payment process. Hopefully that will not be an issue in the future.
