Just finished 10 sessions of various procedures at the clinic in Staten Island NY on Hylan Blvd and wanted to share my honest feedback. 1. Office is convenient location wise, interior is simple with few chairs and always smiling receptionist. All my appointments were scheduled during the very first visit and evaluation there. By the way, the very initial consult I was able to easily schedule online at 1am one night, when my legs were hurting too much and I finally decided to do something about it;). 2. Not a single time when I came for my appointment I had to wait in the reception area for more than 30 minutes, granted it was always the first morning spot at 9am, but only have seen maximum of 3 people waiting altogether, most of those seen by someone within 10-15 minutes of their arrival. 3. The medical technicians were few but efficient and were easy to talk to. Had my legs scanned at least 5 times throughout the visits. 4. The doctor Chaim Fishfeld seemed very confident, quick, efficient and not pushy at all when I first signed up. He is easy to talk to, but not overly chatty, just to the point and very business like. Yes, it is a business after all, but the one that helps people. During the actual procedure he works with a surgical assistant, most of the procefutes taking about 15-30 minutes. He never applied unnecessary pressure while performing the procedures despite my extra sensitive to touch body and sensitive skin. The injections were done quickly, always with very minimal discomfort and without thumbling around to find the right places to set the niddle or a probe. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience, my legs feel much better, I am more active and overall legs circulation has drastically improved! No complications (knock on wood) and no major pains or recovery inconvenience. Hopefully these positive results will last for years to come without any additional side effects!

If you are looking to fix your Spider Veins... great. If you have actual vascular disease DO NOT bother. Dr. White told us he could fix certain things but would refer us to the surgeon in the practice if the results of a sonogram showed something he couldn't handle. When it did, he made me come in, WAIT 2 HOURS and then said I needed to see a vascular surgeon but there was no one there that could do anything. He referred two that are not in my insurance network. What a waste of weeks when my vascular disease could have been treated. Though a very nice guy - anything more than minor... do not bother with this practice! And you can't speak with the office only a call center :(

Anna is very professional and thorough. She always makes sure I'm comfortable. Laura the technician is very kind and sweet. And Dr John has the best bedside manner walking me through what is going to happen with each step.

Very easy to work with, knowledgeable staff Dr. Feliciano is professional and gives the patient confidence in his skill in carrying out the proceedure. The facility is clean, and professional looking and the staff is attentive of patient needs

They were prompted in taking me in. They are very good at keeping to the provided schedule . Very professional. And answered all my questions .

Dr. Al-Mubarak is very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and thorough. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything. Her compassion and excellent bedside manner made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I am very pleased with her care and highly recommend her!
