I was a little hesitant to make a purchase online with a company that I'm not familiar with but there were enough reviews out there online that gave me the confidence to move forward with my purchase. So far everything meets my expectations and I couldn't ask for anything more I'm very satisfied

I’ve been using them since I got my first dog in 2019. He is an American Staffordshire Terrior/Rottweiler mix but he is my ESA for my anxiety then I got another dog recently & I used USA Service Dogs again for her to make her my ESA. I received everything within 3 days & my apartments accepted all paperwork. I ordered the badges, certificates, & ADA cards for both of my dogs. I recommend them to everyone I know that has asked me about ESA paperwork! Definitely worth the price & saves you money on security deposits/monthly rent for rentals or even hotels/resorts/public places/etc. best feeling to be able to bring your companion with you everywhere!

Buenos días, por supuesto que los recibí. Muchas gracias aunque el chaleco le quedó muy pequeño mi perro que tendré que volverlo a comprar una talla M pero está perfectamente. Los demás documentos están perfectamente. Gracias excelente
