Paid for an Electronic Certificate - Didn't Receive
Paid for an Electronic Certificate. Never received. They say they have now sent. Still have not received. Now after a second time "sending." Now saying I must not be getting emails...then how did I fill out this survey? So they know my email? Need email sending 101 training? Scam 0 stars?
