Nothing bad the whole process was smooth and easy ! My husband now has his German shepherd as his emotional support animal. Very please on how things went.

Extremely happy with USA Service Dogs. Quality documentation and excellent customer service! I had sent in a picture that didn't read well on the ID card and upon my request they immediately sent a replacement. When it didn't arrive, they FedEx-ed another at no charge. Being this was December, it turned out the original replacement had been ridiculously delayed within the postal process. Almost by a month. Ironically, both replacements ended up arriving the same day, shortly after I had requested the second. I couldn't be happier with the assistance that I received; never a question or second thought. That it so rare in the world of customer service these days. For the multitude of providers offering service dog documentation, I would not choose another.

Thank you so much to your prompt response to my need to have my dog registered as an "emotional support dog." It makes things so much easier for me without the stress.
