The process to check out was good, however I never received a tracking number. I had to reach out to get the tracking number. Also the shipping option of only the usps was a disaster I received my packet a month after purchasing it. I should have known better then to use the usps but there were no other options. Update: I greatly appreciate usa service dogs quick response to my feedback and I have decided to change my rating to a 5 star do to them going above what they needed to do. Thank you.

Process was very easy to use and only took a few steps. Would definitely recommend to others.
