There was really no point to…
There was really no point to registering my dog as an ESA dog. I received a tag, and a piece of paper that’s says she’s registered. I also paid for the psychology appointment to go thru my health concerns. The dr didn’t ask me a single question. Just asked what the dogs name was and sent a letter. Apparently there is no point to doing this. I would have rather paid my own psychiatrist to conduct the evaluation. I don’t get any additional support. The airlines and most accommodations do not accept this registration. If I could get my money back I would!

I ordered the service dog "kit" on…
I ordered the service dog "kit" on 8/16/21. it is now 10/1/21 and i still have not received my order. I had no trouble placing the order. the website was very easy to navigate my only issue is with receiving said order.

Hi Jenna, According to USPS under USPS tracking number 9400111108435833844928, your order was delivered on August 21, 2021 at 1:11 pm to the address you have indicated on your order which is 8304 Wolf Ln #9 Del Valle, TX 78617. Kindly contact you're local post office and provide them with the tracking number as your order may just be there sitting and waiting to be claimed.
