I received my order in a week, it's very nice and well made. The coller is a bit large but he won't leave my side so it works also the vest is a little snug so just make sure you measure carefully. I messed up and ordered the emotional support instead of the service one. But that is on me.

I ordered an online certificate and never got it. What I did get was changed for shipping and phone call after phone call trying to convince me to spend more money. When I told them I only wanted an online certificate I was told my shipping would be refunded and it never was and I never got the online certificate. I just saw your reply but it doesn't give me an option to reply to your reply. What you are not understanding is that I NEVER received the online certificate. After I paid my money, I didn't get anything from you. I checked my spam, I checked all my boxes and there was nothing from you all. I just want my online certificate.

Hi Clara, We apologize for the phone calls becasue we only wanted to make sure that you did not pay extra for shipping since you registered your dog under the Instant Delivery Kit where the card comes to you only by email and nothing is to be shipped. We are simply asking confirmation if you would like to get an actual card and certificate because you added priority shipping on an order that has nothing to ship. We also ask that you contact your bank as the shipping cost was refunded on way back on 10/2 when we finally reached you after several atempt. Thank you.

USA Service Dogs were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. They offer professional, reliable service and there is no annual renewal fee. In addition, the jackets, the leash, and the I.D. cards look fantastic and are obviously made of quality materials. Should a person encounter difficulty with admittance to an establishment, there is a 24-hour contact number along with legal rights information on the back of the I.D. cards! I recommend USA Service Dogs to anyone looking for these types of products.
