Received the first vest and it broke so…
Received the first vest and it broke so I reordered another vest in a larger size. Came in fast so I had it for my dog within a week.

We had no response to our emails
We were excited to make the order for are newly adopted Dachshund. My wife reversed the order with a XL vest and a Small leash when it should have been a Small Vest and XL Leash. I emailed and called the same day and a couple times after. We received the wrong order and no response other than this survey. If this helps us rectify the order then the rating can be improved. The package on the other hand is of high quality and professionally done. Thank you in advance.

Hi Terrence, we are sorry to hear that the sizing got mixed up and we apologize as this is the first time we are hearing this and have not receive any phone call/s or emails regarding this. We have also tried conatcing you on thenumber left onthe registartion( 16092097774 ) and left a message. We will mail out the Small Vest and L leash (this is the largest we have and are for dogs over 20 pounds) as quickly as possible. It was delivered to me in a timely…
It was delivered to me in a timely matter everything that they said was in the package came to me they even went above and beyond because I gave them a weird address the 1st time as undelivable by the Post Office and they sent it back to me without issue.

Very Easy!
Very easy to obtain, and get your beloved K9 to become a service dog. I am very pleased! Sasha helps me so much throughout the day, glad I am able to take her wherever I go now!

Great service!!
Ordering process was easy and provided us great services for our dog needs. Customer service was really fast and helpful for us to exchange our leash for a different size. I recommend USA Service Dogs to all!
