USA MINTReviews of usamint.com

I got the new Mint Collectors guide and disappointed in it. There is no Armed Forces medals for the US Army. Air Force coast guard and marines only. I guess the US ARMY Is not good enough for the mint to have a medal made in honor of them.

item ordered on March 2 order say shipped call and was told that I have to reorder the person I talked to should be fired no respect at all

This was my first time ordering and things were going very smoothly at first. Put myself on waiting list for new Anna Mae Wong quarters, got notified fairly soon afterwards that i could order them, which i did (2 rolls), and i received them within a week. But on opening the pkg, I found that one roll was labeled as AMW, but actually contained George Washington quarters. So i kept the good roll, returned the 2nd one yesterday, but had to pay $8 in postage which is twice what the Mint charged me for 2 rolls. I hope i will receive the 2nd roll correctly. Not in a big hurry to receive them, but i do hope that i receive the correct ones this time. Update: Duh! I didnt realize AMW is on the BACK of the GW qtrs till my sister pointed it out. But it would've been impossible to verify without breaking open the roll. Funny how only one roll correctly had AMW facing outward. Oh well, lesson learned...read the full ad! 🤓

The exchange was successful but I was waiting a very long time, service at 3

After successfully enrolling in the Mint for many years, I am now deleting all contact with them. I spent $150 on a product which had 2 missing quarters. I did what I was originally told, returning the 2 sleeves with missing quarters-a different quarter in each. I sent them back in July. After many calls and run around, I have to return the coins already in my albums, with no guarantee the of a refund because they consider both returns incomplete. Crazy.

I really didn’t want to give a star*** but I had too. I’ve been ordering directly from the us mint for over 22 years.Recently I’ve had a problem with getting the 2022 db silver metal, $75 each, and I have Two children I always order two. I’m currently in rolled in All silver proof eagles, also uncirculated recently with the new series being offered. This year I purchased the most ever Directly from the us mint. I ask to speak with a manager and was always a no one to help me would you like a call back, I never received a call and later when I called and finally spoke to a manager she couldn’t help me with obtaining a coin, so I ask them to cancel All my subscriptions which they did immediately, before even trying to keep a Loyale customer, so I will tell my 2 children some day how I started and collected both Proof/uncirculated silver eagles and how the scam @ the mint will always be, because they lack customer support.

I have been ordering Proof sets for years through USMINT.GOV, no problems. This year my 2022 arrived with black plastic crap trapped under the plastic over the faces of the coins. First, customer has to pay to return, no reimbursement! Second, I wanted a replacement, instead they refunded, only the price of product, not first shipping or return shipping. I only lost about $14 but I’m done with USMINT.GOV!

US Mint has lost me as a customer.I ordered 2 of the 21XE Morgan silver dollars waited 3 months or so to get them and they had the wrong coa which was san Francisco but the 2 I received were from Philadelphia and no mint mark.I emailed them on 11-1-21 with no reply so I called them on 11-9-21 and was told their "policy"stated i could only return them for credit but they had none to replace them and could not send me the correct COA's. Well My policy is to do no more business with the US Mint.
