Hi J.A. - did you not recieve the email from Jake ([email protected]) which included the $15 gift card as an apology for the delay on your order? As the email explained that this month, we switched over to a new fulfillment center, to eventually be able to guarantee 2-day delivery times for all our customers. Unfortunately, there have been some growing pains trying to get inventory shipped correctly as this is a brand new procedure for us.
