Attentive customer service and constant communication about my order

I ordered the CBG/CBD broad spectrum oil for my Mother. (PAIN) I can't get her interested in it at this time, so I tried it for my pain/ illness problems. The first time I used only four drops hoping that might help. It didn't. The second time eight drops under the tongue and I held it for 7 minutes. I felt nothing. The third time I put eight drops under my tongue and held it for 5 minutes that didn't help me at all either. Jake has been providing excellent customer service, and we are trying other options. It might be that my body simply isn't able to absorb CBD/CBG.

I made and paid for my order 3 weeks ago and I haven't received it. I did receive a shipping confirmation email about a week ago but it only said my order had been shipped and no shipping information. I have no idea when to expect my order and status inquiries have gone unanswered to date.

I've been using it for less than a week and can feel a difference. I have used other cbd oils and it doesn't compare. Great products

Have used almost all of their supplements and am finding great benefits! Have also bought for Mom and neighbor and we have felt relief from pain and inflammation with the CBG oil especially. Love this stuff!

This is my 2nd time purchasing CBD. I have never slept so good and free of mind racing thoughts in my life. As a child of traumatic events I have always had trouble sleeping. Specifically staying asleep and not waking up and stuck not being able to go back to sleep. I tried CBD for the first time and it has been the best experience. I stay asleep and I wake up feeling refreshed. Before I would take sleeping pills and wake up feeling groggy or not energized and would want to go back to sleep. This doesn’t happen with this CBD. The only thing I still have trouble with is getting to sleep, some days CBD works but other times no. However, once I’m asleep I’m asleep. I can’t thank this company enough!!
