The products are high quality and they work. I use the women's multi, magnesium, cbd+cbg,cbd gel caps, immune support, ashwaganda, cbd treats and oil for my dogs. I've used other products they sell too.I need less pain meds for my bad back, I sleep so much better. Jake makes himself available to you and has the best customer service out there. He has helped me with my orders, scheduling how to take the supplements and so much more. The USA Medical Facebook group is so helpful and keeps you involved. They offer so much more then vitamins & supplements too. Finding USA Medical has been life changing for me. I have recommended then to people and will continue to do so for a long time! Been using their products over a year now.

It has been an all-around great experience working with this company, but what I found makes it stand out is a personal touch from Jake. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer and I felt confident in what I was fine. Outstanding company and I would highly suggest giving them a try. Definitely will not be sorry.

Everything was delivered almost on time, but, they texted me and explained why. What other company does that? I am so impressed with their honesty and integrity. Jake has a great company and is always willing to talk to you to answer questions.

Ordered CBG-CBD oil, money taken from account, no product received _ordered 6/2/2023

Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement. The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping. This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.
