Ordered M jacket as per sizing chart and found the jacket to be too small so after emails back and forth from Deborah, I decided to go 2 sizes up XL (which is the size on my work UK sized jacket ) the replacement fits perfectly ! I would advise going 1 or 2 sizes up

The leather is genuine, it smells very nice and its very comfortable to wear. The first jacket that I order turned out to be too big (Europeans beware that Medium in the USA is large for us). However, their customer service quickly replaced it for a better fitting one and even sent it through Fedex which made the delivery very fast. I am super satisfied with the service and the product. Will definitely buy more from them in the future. Great work guys!

The size of the jacket that I ordered seemed somewhat smaller than typical, so I would suggest ordering up a size. However, the company and their customer service was so helpful and accomodating. They get 5 stars from me!!

This is a great company. I asked for a custom request for my 4 year old son and they were very responsive and helped me through what they need. On top of that the custom jacket arrived fast. Best of all, the quality is unmatched. Excellent quality. I couldn’t have had a better experience!
