The jacket was fine but didn’t fit properly. We purchased it as a Christmas gift. Didn’t know there was only a 7day return policy. Contacted them and was essentially told “too bad for you”. Now we have a useless leather jacket that we paid over $160 for. BEWARE OF 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. This should be highlighted when purchasing.

I found this company very hard to deal with. They wouldn’t exchange for a larger size. I called my credit card company they disputed I disputed they don’t speak English. They say they’re from USA. They are not. I would not do business with them. There’s too many other companies that take care of you as a customer and not just take your money And you have a product you can’t use

A month later, and nothing received within my order. Financial institution contacted and charges reversed. Not even located in the United States. Disappointing that makes you a question. Are the reviews online for the company that are “” glowing.

I just received the Top Gun Jennifer Connelly Jacket from USA Leather Jackets. The quality is poor, the sleeves are tight, the zipper flimsy and it way too small. The return address on the package is in Karachi Pakistan. I tried calling Customer Service and was disconnected. There is no packing slip to speak of. I'm afraid it is a total write off.

Jacket smells terrible. There is no tag for material content so I am skeptical it is 100%suede. My guess is it is less then10%. The website states you can wash it? I also feel mislead..address is for the company is Chicago, and although I realize my coat was not USA made..I didn't expect it to come from Pakistan with a worth of $35. I have been in retail for 25 years, and sourced leather from several countries..this is very poor quality. Finally I have email 3 times to request a refund. One response was sent stating my order didn't exsist...so I can see this is going to be a hassle.

They talked me into doing a 2 minute survey....they told me to keep the jacket and would give me my full refund like I asked of ....I still haven't got my refund they're messy and said it would be 48hrs and that it was still processing the coat was purchased for my mother it was to small and now no more answers to my emails about my money when I kicked out enough money on my purchase do not order from them I'm stuck with a jacket my mom couldn't where on her special day while they're money hungry holding my refund and yes I told them I frustrated about my money poor customer service no satisfaction for me ...

This is not a USA business . They ship from Pakistan and charge a outrageous price for their jackets that are sold online for half the price.. stay away from this company it's a scam Recieved my jacket no where close to what it was advertised ...
