When question couldn’t be answered the representative went straight to the manufacturer and I got a quick response. Appreciated that a lot. I still don’t understand the “lifetime” warranty on heater units and how they can be measured by hours of use. I appreciate dealing with a company in the USA.

We had several questions regarding type of sauna, manufacturing, and financing; he helped us along the way with each one. He was available whenever we needed him and never felt pressured. This is a great company to deal with and their knowledge is superb! Garen was upfront and honest about what would be best for our family. He also told us that shipping could be delayed due to current logistics of shipping everywhere. We appreciate the upfront honesty and help!
