Tub is very well made. No problems since we purchased in March

Easy to put together. Video sent ahead of time prepared us well. Customer service was prompt. When question couldn’t be answered the representative went straight to the manufacturer and I got a quick response. Appreciated that a lot. I still don’t understand the “lifetime” warranty on heater units and how they can be measured by hours of use. I appreciate dealing with a company in the USA.

Constructive: The pop-up stream sauna feels great. Really helps in this dry and cold winter environment. Setup was a bit difficult though. Printed instructions would be helpful as well as modified corner pieces. I couldn't fit mine all together in the confined space so used some rope to keep everything together. I'd also recommend sending the remote with a battery included. Just charge a few dollars more to cover the cost.

you would of gotten a 5 if someone would of just picked up the phone for a status update throughout the process/

Quality of unit overall is very good. Directions needs some work. My sales agent Garen Manzo was very good and followed up with any questions I had. On the other hand customer service rep Eric Westbrooks’s was not the easiest to work with.

We ordered an American Spa back in November. Got it a few weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased. This is an excellent unit, great quality and easy to get up and running. The customer service from USA Health was outstanding. Eric and Tyler were great about keeping me informed. The only criticism I have is that I would like to know ahead of the purchase that the lead times were extensive but that is getting pretty common. Overall a great experience. -Brock & LeAnn Smith

Garen and Eric have given me good customer service.....so far. I ordered a 2 person American Spa hot tub and manufacturing is delayed due to Covid which I completely understand. I did have a hiccup with the financing company and the matter was resolved within 2 hours after contacting Garen and Eric. I could have purchased the same model for $600 less with a big box chain. Eric difree steps to offset my cost My initial impression of USA Health and Wellness is your not just another face in the crowd as want to increase business. My only issue and it’s not a fault of USA Health but with the manufacture. I would like to have updates on my order. I am a disabled veteran and the hot tub is not a toy but treatment with chronic back issues. If the delivery goes well I will add another star so time will tell. Bruce

What came did not have clear and precise directions It was not clear which screws to use and in fact I used many of our own screws Trying to follow up on getting our light to work inside seemed unproductive and when I took pictures of the top wiring and sent it with e-mails. No response. We have enjoyed the sauna but felt the handling of the these issues was disappointing to us. Lonny Liebelt
