I had a great experience with this company, from start to finish. I was a bit apprehensive, as I live out of state, and had never actually visited their store. One of their partners, Tyler, reached out to me, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, as I researched both the company, as well as which sauna would be best for us. Tyler’s recommendation, the Healthmate Renew 1, turned out to be the perfect sauna for my wife and I. Delivery was ahead of schedule, and done very professionally. These guys totally earned the 5 star rating!
