I have been ordering cabinets from USA Distributor for a while now, and they are amazing to work with. Communication is quick and efficient and their customer service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I am here to warn all thinking about purchasing cabinets from USA Distributor Inc. On November 8th Daniel Strauss gave me a lead time of 4 to 5 weeks. I gave him my situation and explained that delivery of the cabinets was the priority, and this was my focus. I received the final design and was told that they would give me a shipping date for a payment. Danial explained that once into the Fabuwood system, it automatically locks your purchase in. Shipping from Fabuwood was direct, and to my house would be no more than 5 days. On November 19th I paid for the cabinets in full and I was given the 17th of December as the ship date, with delivery to my house prior to Christmas. On November 30th I was informed that my guaranteed date of the 17th had just slipped to the 21st of December. I informed Danial that this was not acceptable, we had a guaranteed date, and these dates are the reason I went with them. On December 9th Danial then informs me that the new date is now January 14th!! I was livid, this is a month longer than any other cabinet maker had given and at this point, I have already wasted a month with them. He then told me he hadn’t even placed my order until the 30th of November and that the cabinets were out of stock. I flipped, I paid them in full via wire transfer on November 19th Why did it take 2 weeks to enter it into Fabuwood? The whole reason for paying in full was to lock in the rate and delivery. I filed a review with them, and this seemed to get their attention for a minute. I found out later they had a big order being placed and my review was holding it up. I agreed to allow the owner, Igor a chance to fix the problem and I removed my review. This did nothing for me and only allowed them to continue down the path of delays and mistruths. The first delivery finally showed up January 5th two weeks late. The delivery included only the upper cabinets and was missing a corner cabinet. The second delivery included 3 of the base cabinets which showed up without doors and drawer faces. The third delivery came on January 31st this included 3 more of the base cabinets which showed up without doors and drawer faces. February 1st. I have still not received the drawer faces or doors for the base cabinets. They have not offered any compensation for the more than 2-month delay, nor any compensation for the installation of the drawers or cabinet doors that I will have to install. I paid to have complete cabinets delivered not partially completed. February 3rd, I called for the status of the missing pieces, I do not trust them, and they constantly get your hopes up for not. The doors and drawers were to ship on the 8th, and I wanted confirmation this was going to happen. We as expected I received this message, “Due to supply chain issues, we need to adjust the delivery dates for items on order EZ957953-3 2/15/2022” Wow, pushed again! The news got worst, my bank will no longer hold my interest rate because the cabinets are not complete, and they have canceled my financing. USA Distributor Has just cost me thousands of dollars! The entire reason for using them was a guaranteed ship date of December 17th, 2021! I contacted the owner again on the 4th of February. He stated he was going to a trade show and would bring this up with Fabuwood executives. On Monday, Igor asked again for the missing parts list. I called Igor again Monday night February 7th, he stated that he was meeting with the executives. He stated he had tried to call them but all he could ever reach were sales personnel who refused to help with any part of this. He also said he had other customers in this mess as well. As if it was somehow reassuring that other people were being treated the same way as me. Igor & Daniel had their Tuesday morning the 8th of February with Fabuwood and promised to contact me that evening with the results of their conversations. I asked Igor again if he planned on compensating me for the installation of the pieces that I will now have to do myself and for the 3-month delay. He told me Fabuwood never gives compensation, “I didn't purchase cabinets from Fabuwood you did." To finish the story, they never called me back. The last door and drawer showed up on the 18th of February. They never sent the 3” spacers for that cabinet. I had to make my own and have the paint matched. Stay away from them unless you're ok with constant misrepresentation false claims and endless delays all blamed on someone else. It was not Fabuware who lied it was Daniel to get his sale. I paid for shipping, I had to assemble the cabinets after I paid them to do it. No refund, no compensation, no apology. And read the recent reviews, I read the old reviews, that's why I bought frm them. Big Mistake!

There instant message contact tool on the website was easy to use and put me in contact with the right people who always answered my questions in a timely manner. Picking and choosing cabinets is hard but USA Distributor made this challenge very easy! I worked with Daniel who was helpful, very responsive and knowledgeable about the items sold on the website. I hardly ever leave reviews but when I do it is to let other people know of exceptional service or products. I have been in the plumbing business for 44 years and part of my responsibilities is to purchase materials and equipment for my company. It is rare in today’s world that a vendor and manufacturer live up to their claims of good service. Well, this is one of those times and I must tell the world. When my wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen, I did extensive research to find a reliable source for a good product at reasonable cost. I finally decided on USA Distributor and Fabuwood for my personal project. From the first email with Dan Strauss the process was nothing but easy, friendly, and seamless with superior communication. I made a few changes to the design and Dan quickly followed up with a new drawing and proposal. The samples I ordered arrived promptly and were very important in the cabinet selection. Fabuwood is basically local to me since I am in NYC and their factory is right over the river in NJ. I received email updates as well as telephone calls from USA Distributor and Fabuwood with the delivery date and time window, which was very professional. My Fabuwood cabinets arrived exactly one month after the order was placed and arrived fully assembled and very well packed. The driver was courteous and helpful. On installation day I carefully unpacked the cabinets and was delighted with their construction and finish. The only minor defect was a very small spot on one of the pantry cabinet doors. I sent Dan a photo on Monday morning and received a replacement door on Thursday. You can’t ask for better service than that! My wife and I love, love, love our Fabuwood cabinets. They are very well made and the Nickel finish on our Galaxy cabinets is flawless, and the Blum hardware is a pleasure! So, to summarize, dealing with USA Distributor was fantastic. I was hesitant of buying such an important and expensive purchase online but in the end, I am very happy I did. Thank you, Dan and the team at USA Distributor and thank you Fabuwood for my beautiful kitchen cabinets!
