USA DistributorReviews of usadistributor.com

Worst Customer service. I call them & one of their customer service representatives said you are a scam & we don't want to listen to you.

I'm a carpenter who finally got around to doing my own kitchen so I had a pretty good idea of the design and style I wanted. I found USA Distributor online and they were able to come in under my regular cabinet distributor's price. After a small design change and adjusted quote, I placed my order on a Monday and had the cabinets that Friday. I was very impressed and would have no reservations using them again in the future.

Daniel Strauss and Ariana Brooks were great to work with on my kitchen project. When one cabinet arrived from the manufacturer with slight damage they immediately took care of the issue and had a replacement cabinet ordered the same day and shipped quickly. Everything went well. Fabuwood cabinets are top quality.

Dan was really helpful during our new kitchen build project, was quick to respond & adjust as needed. Also he was super mindful of our budget! I totally recommend using USA Distributor & Dan - he was AWESOME!!!!

Dan was super efficient and fantastic to work with. I spent weeks talking to several other cabinet distributors (local and online) trying to have them put together my Fabuwood cabinet order correctly and they always got something wrong in my order. Dan got my design & order right and beat every other distributor's prices right off the bat. I was able to complete my purchase within 3 hours from the first time I reached out to USA Distributor. Super responsive, super easy, super reasonable prices. I wish I'd turned to them weeks ago and saved myself a lot of headache.

Product was delivered on time and liked the quality of the cabinets. Customer Service was extremely helpful in the entire process of ordering and delivery.

Dan Strauss and Ariana were fantastic to deal with. I wanted to replace my cabinet door fronts from an old style to shaker style. Dan explained to me exactly what I needed to do. The doors were delivered exactly when Dan said they would be. Upon installation my contractor noticed some damage to a few doors. Ariana was quick to respond and our replacement doors arrived within a week. This has truly been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend USA Distributors.
