There are better alternatives for ex patriots and international shipping, these guys impose excessive prices, unfriendly customer services. I have requested account closure, due to junk and spam letters etc in my inbox dating 2years back, requested these items to be discarded, but insist on charging me a disproportionate fee for discarding them. Stay away.

Apparently based on the review the customer selected a free plan that did not include free discard. She had the option to upgrade to a plan that includes discard ($10 per month) or pay for one time discards. We guess she wanted the service for free or cheaper than the customers that select the free discard plan. Unfortunately that would be unjust with those customers and would be uneconomical for us.. Our fees and conditions are clearly posted. We are sorry that she was dissatisfied.

Great Service, Would highly recommend!
I started using USA2Me a few months ago and have found them to be superb in handling my mail. I am a UK citizen with a US business and they make things very easy for me. My mail is sent to them and I can then view and decide whether to ship items to the UK or discard. Fantastic service, very reliable and conscientious.

Great service for expats or anyone with mail forwarding needs.
I am a US expat and have been a customer of USA2Me.com for many years. I have always found them to be very reliable and trust worthy. Great rates and service. Highly recommend them for your mail forwarding needs.

Ripoff company!
USA2Me is ripoff company. Monthly membership fee, shipping rate, and extra fee very high. Shipping cost for 1 package very expensive, I can ship 3 packages with other company. Repacking really poor. Didn't receive setup fees refund, after cancelled 30 day free trial account.

We are sorry that this customer was unsatisfied. We can't find any complaints in file from this customer. We invite the customer to contact us directly to address any real or perceived problems. We did find his request that we cancel the risk free trial, we did cancel immediately and responded that same day that we would refund the setup fee to his credit card. As far as pricing, we invite anyone to look at our rates at www.usa2me.com and compare them with other providers. You will find competitive and fair rates, which by the way were the same rates that applied to this customer.
