Our Basic Plan has no monthly fee, it is not a "free" plan. As the reviewer stated it is a "pay for what you use plan". This means that if you use any services you will pay for what you use. For example, shipping, storage or discard fees apply when the customer uses any of those services. In this case the customer is complaining that he had to pay for using storage or discard services. We do not charge for closing accounts. The $15 was for discarding the letters and packages he had received and stored in his mailbox, during the process of closing the account. Had his mailbox been empty (i.e. by shipping or other) no fee would have applied. We hope the reviewer and readers understand that we can't provide an everything forever free plan or we would not be in business fore very long. The plan clearly indicates what it includes and what it does not (i.e. free discarding is not included), as well as the fees that apply (i.e.storage, scan, shipping, etc).

We can't find any customer using the name provided. It is likely that this person is seeing a temporary authorization in their card statement that should eventually drop off. This is normal, as when they first sign up we only authorize the card. The actual charge occurs later after we verify the account. If the person wants to contact us and provide their account number we will be happy to clarify this and look into it in greater detail.

We are not a "shipping company" we are a mail forwarding company that is regulated by the US Postal regulations, as such we are required to collect official USPS form1583 and verify the identity of every customer. This is clearly explained during signup and again in the welcome email and before the customer begins using the services to receive any packages. Given these regulations, we can't accept packages under names that are not registered or verified. This customer is complaining that we are required to enforce these regulations. We are sorry he feels this way, but hope that readers understand that this is not optional. In fact, we would recommend any customer to be wary of any mail forwarding company that does not comply with US laws and regulations.

Unfortunately the US regulations require that you provide a copy of two ID's along with your form 1583. The customer only provided one copy of a photo ID. Unfortunately screenshots of websites are not acceptable for the US government. The customer declined to send another ID and we refunded her setup fee.

The customer sent us an incorrectly filled USPS Form 1583. By law we are required to have a properly completed form on file. Also, when the customer requested that we close the account, we did and we waived/voided all fees except $10 (one month service that he kept the account open). We are sorry that the customer is dissatisfied, but we did not learn about his dissatisfaction or had a chance to engage with him before he posted this post.

Apparently based on the review the customer selected a free plan that did not include free discard. She had the option to upgrade to a plan that includes discard ($10 per month) or pay for one time discards. We guess she wanted the service for free or cheaper than the customers that select the free discard plan. Unfortunately that would be unjust with those customers and would be uneconomical for us.. Our fees and conditions are clearly posted. We are sorry that she was dissatisfied.
