I would recommend this service. Runs smoothly and the repacking is done superbly. Shipping is prompt and even goes smoothly being shipped to Europe. Buying items can be shipped and directed to your forwarding address.

Worst option to choose to have your mail sent to this unscrupulous company if you do a little research there’s many better options with less costs and frustration. They will overcharge you and waste your time and not approve your account after you submit notarized form. Disgusting liars! They DID Not refund my setup fees, wasted more time and energy with fraudulent company that will steal your info and charge your credit card.

My experience with USA2Me was sometimes great, sometimes a struggle. The pros: they were pretty transparent about costs on the site and estimated shipping fees were always very, very close to actual fees which I appreciated. Customer service was generally friendly and quick to respond. They never gave me heat for holding mail for an extended period of time. The cons...its impossible to control your account from your profile. Want to remove a name from the mailbox? Contact them. Want to cancel service? Contact them. Sometimes packages were precariously packaged. More than once the boxes also included a few random pieces of "trash" like random coupons and things that weren't mine. My last package faced issues in customs (unfortunate) and they were not particularly pro active or communicative with me. I followed up often regarding the status of requesting the return of my package and had to instigate contact every time with regards to the matter. Unfortunately, I'm unsure what if any real action they took as my package was embargoed and labeled "abandoned" by the local customs office. It was never released or returned. I decided to seek a service that specializes on mail forwarding specifically to the country I live in to help avoid this situation, and ultimately to seek a service that gives me better user control from within a web portal.

Very bad provider. After providing my notarized document, they didn't approve my account. Not approved, but they charged my card for the second time without providing service. The cancellation period is 30 days, so, 3 paid months for no service. Avoid them.
