SUPERSMART SHOULD BE SUPER INTELLIGENT
I have purchased many many times over the past couple of years from SUPERSMART and I have always gotten exactly what I wanted. They are very informative BEFORE you purchase any item and the uses for each product. I am reassured when I read what the product is used for and the positives on what it can do.

Consumers Beware ..
I made the mistake of joining the auto shipping when placing my order. That part was easy. When I decided to cancel my service, I was given the run around. I logged in to cancel and still received merchandise. I called and spoke with a representative who said they canceled my account and that I would soon receive an email confirmation. Never happened, received more merchandise!! I emailed, several times. I returned merchandise to sender, still more merchandise!!! Annandale, my account was never refunded. If you can fine your product anywhere else, use anybody instead of this company. Great start up, tacky unprofessional ending!!

Not happy …
I have to keep reordering my product because the auto ship doesn't work for some reason. I don't think I'll buy from them again. My account doesn't even say I have auto shipment even though I set up twice now...

I had the worst customer service…
I had the worst customer service experience from this company. This company is extremely difficult to deal with. Their customer service representative, Dania, who also claims to be a manager, is unprofessional, rude, and a liar. They never return your calls or messages. If you want to return your order, despite what it says on their website, this person will make it very difficult for you. If you leave a voice message, you should record it. If you send a message through their website, you should screen caption it with the date and time. You should videotape the packaging showing the supplements in a box if you are returning their supplements for proof. Despite the fact that you have proof, she will claim she did not receive your messages, voicemail or returned supplements. To resolve the issue with this company, you must contact your bank. I will not purchase supplements from this company again unless they hire someone who understands how to interact with people.

Am always happy with the selection of…
Am always happy with the selection of health products SuperSmart offers. Been using them a few years now and love the indepth information they offer on their supplements, along with citations for more research. They even offer products that most other supplement stores don't carry. Top quality and fast service!
