correct product arrived on time
The product arrived on time and appears to be what I ordered (i do not perform any tests outside of my own experience). I have used this Bacillus Subtills for quite over a year, and I am convinced of it's contribution to my microbiome. The product and business model work well.

The products are good quality but website needs work
The products are good quality and I'm a repeat customer. But I had an issue where their website shopping cart and order confirmation did not correctly show the price for the items when a discount was applied. The order total did reflect the correct sale/discounted price but this gave me a lack of confidence in purchasing from this company. I recall having similar issues the last time I purchased from them as well, which was a few years ago. The shipping has been extremely slow but this appears to be entirely the fault of the US Postal Service in Ohio. It's been a week since my order and I haven't received it yet, The tracking, which initially predicted that I would receive the package a few days ago, now doesn't even have an estimate for when I might expect to receive it.

I found the experience misleading
I found the experience misleading. All communication and website are in French so I assumed pricing was CAD since it was not specified USD or CAD. I am dissapointed, a purchase that was supposed to be under $50 is now around $60 because of the currency exchange. I am still waiting for the product to arrive, I will be able to rate it after I use it for a couple of months.

The best supplement for…
The best supplement for hyperpigmentation or melasma. I have struggled with melasma and hyperpigmentation for 10 years. I have tried everything, including lasers. Nothing really worked except this!
