Shipment was dropped

Shipment was dropped - waited 2.5 weeks: nothing. Called in and agent Dania Centano rescheduled shipping that went out next day, received 3 days later. She followed up emails and she was excellent. Website-website-website. Links broken, no way to resolve, need to change my auto ship to Aug. 26 from July 26. Need Aug. 26 auto pay date. No way to change as link "MY AUTO SHIP" goes to a product page with nothing to do with "AUTO SHIP". Called 786-522-3907, no one there at 1:15 EDT, another call number is 0044 etc. that is not a number (UK). No way to change my auto order, no way to call. This is only 25% of my waste of time on an extremely bad CS experience. Glad I got the original order but that was dropped before it was corrected. I don't have time to waste ordering all my other supplemets from you. Too many other companies with 14 years of my experiencing excellent fast service/ websites where everything links correctly/ CS calls are answered, helpful, get me deals and fast. I order many supplements and glad you had the one I needed, and hope the auto delivery can be fixed but will not transfer my 10 supplemts to you. m.(469) 682-7261
