From the moment your crew arrived on scene they were professional. They asked me to move my truck. I did that and took advantage of it asking lots of questions about the process of installation of the solar panels and system. I’m sorry I didn’t ask their names . But the guy I spoke with seamed to be the head guy . I say that from my observations to that point. He’s the person who grew up in Minnesota he’s approx, 5’10” tall. And very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process of installation from start to finish. He even explained how the panels are made how strong they are . I ask a lot of questions, And he answered every one of them for me . He was very personal, Kind , Respectful and made sure I understood the process. In the two days they were here I spoke with all of them . I had many questions about how I would operate and use the system to get the very most out of it after they were done and gone . They left no question unanswered which really gave me the confidence to operate it and understand exactly what type of solar system I got for my investment. This was very important to me! They did a excellent job of installation it looks and feels so strong and secure. They picked up after themselves and had it organized on a pallet that was taken away soon after the job was complete. I want to point out how impressive the electrician was. There’s a lot of parts boxes etc on my wall and he explained the purpose for each one. Again I had lots of questions about the power being generated by the panels , And the way it’s converted into electricity to charge our batteries and used by us and the power grid . He was very impressive, Very intelligent and respectful to me . I can’t thank him and the rest of your outstanding crew for there professionalism and the fact they made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered before they left. Thanks again to the entire team , Please make sure the crew gets to see this. I want them to know what a great team they are . Ron Henson Sr
