I have tried other VPS providers. None have provided the feature set and support as OVHcloud. When I request a new VPS the response is almost immediate. Other providers take days to get a VPS online. Chat support is great with little to no wait. As for the VPS themselves, for me they have been rock solid.

Just spoke with Bob Young over in OVH’s sales team about upgrading my server. Let me tell you—this guy is a paragon of customer service. He was quick, efficient, got me into the very last RISE-2 in the Hillsboro datacenter, landed me a great price, and somehow managed to make the soul-draining process of a server upgrade actually fun. Total legend. I've been with OVH for four years now, and honestly, I can't really complain. Sure, there are things I wish they’d do better (every provider has their quirks), but on the whole, I’ve been very happy with the service. The pricing’s competitive, the hardware is reliable, and the systems are pretty hands-off—which is exactly what I want out of a dedicated server host. And the uptime? In four years, I’ve had exactly one service disruption. It was so minor I almost forgot to mention it. Look, OVH isn’t the best host in the world. They’re not trying to be. But they’re also far from the worst. What they are is consistent—and in the world of infrastructure, that’s worth its weight in gold. If you’re shopping around for dedicated servers and value reliability over flash, OVH is a solid choice. And if you get Bob in sales? You’re in really good hands.
