Oustanding customer support

I'm not usually one to write reviews but my recent experience with Bob Y. with OVH US has been exceptional. I sent an email yesterday inquiring about migrating from OVH's Canada datacenter and within 20 minutes, had a call back and a plan. He followed up regularly and went above and beyond to get me up and running as quickly as possible and with as little friction as possible. I'd definitely recommend these newer US locations and Bob, specifically, to anyone looking for server hosting.

Every time ovh.us help me to solve my all issues, I found Adel Y the person who is truly helpful that provides their best for customers. 4 years since I never get any issue with the cheap servers they have. I strongly recommend Ovh.us to everyone.

I was looking for an alternative to Azure for my ethical hacking training lab. I found OVH via a Google search and reached out to them for more information. Kara Banks and Tim Cody did an outstanding job of walking me through the ins and outs of the hosted vCenter, and answered all my technical and sales and logistical questions. They quickly made me feel totally comfortable in giving the service a spin for a month. A few hours into my trial, I had some technical questions that were out of scope for OVH, but their awesome support folks helped me out anyway and got me up and running in vCenter in no time. I'm only a few weeks into my first month of service, and have already decided to pull the plug on my Azure tenancy and move all my eggs to the OVH basket. Thank you Kara, Tim and everybody at OVH!
