OVHcloud USReviews of us.ovhcloud.com

Bob Young from OVHCloud US -- I learned the hard way that not all OVH's are the same -- was hands down the best to work with, extremely patient, detail oriented, found a server that would meet my needs. This wasn't a high dollar deal, this was a single server around $150. Worked with me and the verification team to make it smooth. Was also able to deliver somehow the server in hours and not the expected 72hrs. Just flat out exceeded expectations.

Kelsey from OVH made our onboarding experience a breeze! Super fast and clear communication made the process of getting our server stack setup far easier than we anticipated.

Oscar P was the man for me. He solved my issues in a moments notice. I had the minor kinks and he provided the support links I'm in love with Oscar's customer service.

I can't recommend this OVH enough. Adel, a sales specialist, offered exceptional customer service, taking his time to ensure I made the right server choice. His patience and dedication truly exceeded expectations. He even followed up, weeks later when a server I was interested in came available. This level of service is rare today - a refreshing experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bob Young, best OVH cloud sales rep! Bob helped me buy my first dedicated machine back around black Friday! When I was looking for a machine he helped me pick out what one would fit my needs, he gave helpful tips and just in general gave very good support onto how things worked when I got the machine! I would now like to talk about the experience with the service. Honestly been smoot sailing. Have not had any issues at all. I was alerted of a possible attack onto my server I opened a support ticket and tech was able to help me and analysis what went on! Very well. I would recommend to anyone if you are looking for a good place to buy machines, vps, etc. Even tho they may be pricy compared to other providers I feel like it def is worth it. Also you may be lucky and get it on a big sale. Like I did.

My experience with OVHcloud's customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. Their team has consistently demonstrated a high level of responsiveness, addressing my inquiries and concerns with impressive speed and efficiency. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making my overall experience with them truly remarkable.

Our onboarding process with this company was a bit hectic. We were unfamiliar with their process, and for the service we purchased, the documentation on the website was a bit confusing. Our Sales Rep went waaaaaay over and above to help us get through their customer dashboard, helped us with getting an IP block configured, and raised our issue to senior management when their process was found to be inaccurate. We were given the VIP treatment, without being a VIP purchaser. If you have a need for dedicated servers, or cloud computing platform, I highly recommend OVHCloud. Contact Mr. Bob Young, and I can guarantee you will have a professional, pleasant, and as close to a perfect sales experience as possible. I have over 25 years experience working with IT vendors. OVHCloud is a class act in a very flooded IT Services space.

By far the best service you can get in PAAS / IAAS cloud [with the exception of the chasm between US and non US customers]!
