I had an issue with a Server I purchased. I worked with one of their Customer Support engineers (Kelsey S.) Kelsey was one of the best Customer Support Engineers ever to work with, very helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with. Kelsey helped resovle my issue in a timely manner! I would suggest using US OVH!

I rented a OVH VPS server yesterday, and as soon as I made a ticket to help get things squared away I got a Response within 30 seconds. A Huge Thank you to Mahmudul H Mahmudul helped me get the VPS set up within 10 minutes. Honestly I would recommend anyone to Use this service. VPS Quality is all I care about. Its a fast connect, Quick Internet speeds, and tons of options to configure it to your liking. Would Recommend again.

Kelsey Segerson is the best! i asked for help on 3 twitter accounts (@ovh_support_en, @ovh_support_us, and @ovh_support_fr) and none were able to help me i created support tickets on kimsufi.com and us.ovhcloud.com and none were able to help me as well i contacted live chat and no help there, either. if you’re keeping count, that’s SIX customer support channels i went through and i was basically given the run-around. finally, on my SEVENTH attempt (lucky number seven?), i sent a ticket to the Sales department and thankfully the email landed on Kelsey Segerson’s lap. at first, she wasn’t able to help me either and i had given up. there was no way i was going to waste any more time on this. but two hours and at least 10 back and forth emails later, she emailed me back and said she spoke with her manager and now everything’s been taken care of! please, anything short of a promotion for Kelsey Segerson is an oversight of her exceptional dedication and kindness!

Bob is THE man! After rough experiences with another provider I came to OVH seeking refuge and found it. Bob found me a server to set up for dedicated game hosting and not only that came in $24 under budget. Definitely big kudos to Bob Young!

The OVH support team is very helpful and knowledgeable. The issues I had before, now those are solved.
