We're sorry to hear about your negative experience with the Predator Gaming Chair and the service you received. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the need for multiple part replacements and the issue resurfacing again. It's disappointing to hear that you were asked to pay for the parts despite these recurring issues. We strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service to our customers, and we understand your frustration with the situation. We appreciate your feedback regarding the massaging functions and the perceived subpar quality compared to other options available. We value your satisfaction as a customer, and we would like to make things right. Please provide us with more details about your specific situation and contact information so that we can investigate further and work towards a resolution. Your feedback helps us improve, and we apologize for any disappointment caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to address your concerns promptly.
