WARNING FOR PEOPLE WHO USE MEEST EXPRESS I have been using Meest Express very often, but my recent experience has been terrible. My previous packages took almost 3 MONTHS to arrive. The worst part is that customer support keeps giving completely different information every time you call. One day they told me my package was already at the border in Poland. A few days later another consultant said the package was still crossing the ocean. Nobody knows where your package actually is. I had to call customer support almost every 3 days just to get updates, and every time I received different answers. Now I have another problem. I recently sent 2 packages that arrived in Ukraine on the 20th. One package was processed and delivered normally, but the second package has been sitting in the warehouse for 7 days already. It has not even been properly registered yet, and nobody can explain what is happening or when it will be delivered. I am a regular customer and spend a lot of money using this company, but the service quality has become unacceptable. People should know what they may experience before using this service.

The carrier delivered the package to the Meest warehouse and provided a tracking number, which was registered in the app. After that, the package never appeared in the Meest system and was likely accepted at the warehouse under a different carrier tracking number. All additional information from the American carrier that delivered the package to the Meest warehouse was communicated through the phone number listed in the Meest account and accessible only to Meest operators, yet this communication channel was never even checked. The delivery date, the carrier’s tracking number, and the recipient’s name were provided, and it was suggested that surveillance camera footage be reviewed to clarify the situation. Instead, multiple formal template responses were sent, sometimes identical ones, including the statement that camera footage could only be reviewed after a police request. It appears that this approach may be common practice in handling problematic situations and additional paid services such as package photography. Filing a police report no longer seems like such a bad idea.

I send them Soundbar to be forwarded to india, and now they are telling me that soundbar is a prohibited item to be send via Air. Either they will dispose off or return to sender. Since when soundbar becomes prohibited ?

I used Meest to ship a package from the US to Germany. It was insured since it was a personally precious larger photo frame, a gift from my wife. When it arrived in Germany even the sturdy wood frame was destroyed. No idea what force you need to do this. Then, Meest did not replace the package since my wife accepted it before we unpacked it. Never again. Terrible company. Last-mile carrier replied stating: In response to the complaint regarding the aforementioned parcel, we would like to apologize for the situation. We would like to inform you that investigations are currently underway. We would also like to kindly request that you send us the documents necessary to continue the case: • photos of the goods' protection inside the parcel. We would also like to inform you that, in accordance with Section XII, Section 6 of the Regulations: "If (...) the complaint does not meet the conditions specified above in Section 5, GLS Poland will request the complainant to supplement it (...)." Failure to supplement the complaint within 14 days of receiving the request in the above-mentioned scope will result in the complaint not being processed. Katreen from Meest answered: "Unfortunately, due to that the parcel was delivered on 26th of August and reported damaged on 15th of September, which passed the claim window". - I was 3 weeks in Europe and the parcel went through Poland and they only spoke Polish. As soon I returned, I wrote an email. For me, never again since when the package is out of the USA, you are alone.

Needed to send some books to Germany. Just brought the box to the office and was out in 2 minutes. Very convenient for busy people.

Needed to send some winter clothes to London. Meest had the best price for a 20lb box. Arrived in perfect condition.

I’ve been shipping with this service for a long time now and it’s one of those things you just stop worrying about. Parcels go out as planned, tracking is clear, and nothing ever feels chaotic. That consistency is why I keep coming back.

I haven’t even shipped my package yet, but I’m already running into issues with Meest customer service. I simply need a parcel deleted from my account (the interface isn’t user-friendly and doesn’t allow any changes once a shipment is created). It’s been 5 days, and every day a different representative tells me IT will take care of it “today.” I understand it’s likely not the representatives’ fault, they probably submit a request, and the IT department just doesn’t follow through. From what I’m seeing, the same pattern happens with other issues as well (and I see negative reviews everywhere). There seems to be no proper management in place to oversee anything: no supervision and no quality control. The Ukrainian girls keep apologizing, but at the end of the day they’re being let down by management because they’re not able to actually resolve anything or help customers. По-русски такая компания называется “шарашкина контора.” Overall, this feels like complete incompetence and a lack of respect for customers from the ownership side.
